A client brought this amazing Rosewood and Maple chessboard to me with an unfortunate chip in the resin finish. After completely sanding back the resin to bare timber I refinished the board with shellac and varnish by request. I was extremely happy with the finished product and was happy to see I could return to piece to the client in a magnificent condition.
